Phase 3 - Blocks F & G

Following on from our work on Kidbrooke Village Phase 5, BIM.Technologies have secured work on Phase 3 - Blocks F & G.

This sought-after location will provide a truly sustainable development for the area of Kidbrooke in London. After revising rejected plans due to building height and public transport limitations, planning permission was granted in October 2020 after it was rejected in July 2020. Berkeley Homes has been awarded a Considerate Constructors Scheme Gold National Site Award for the incredible standards upheld during their Kidbrooke Village Phase 3 project.

The plans include 1,306 homes across 11.4 acres of parkland as well as a 215sqm Nature Pavilion for London Wildlife Trust.

BIM.Technologies are defining the client BIM Strategy, handover and smart building strategy, digital twin strategy, working with the team to coordinate design information, tender support and assessment and developing the cost plan from models.

Twinview's digital twin platform will be integrated into the development from handover ensuring that the golden thread is maintained throughout the project.
