Adrian, Walid, and Zowie Promoted to Senior Information Managers

At BIM Technologies, we take pride in the way our team supports each other, sharing knowledge and ideas to deliver better outcomes for our clients while creating an environment where people can grow. That is why we are delighted to announce that Adrian, Walid, and Zowie have each been promoted to Senior Information Manager.

All three bring their own strengths and perspectives to the role, shaped by years of dedication to improving the way we design and manage information in the built environment. They are known within our team for their commitment to quality and their willingness to invest time in developing ideas, whether that means refining a dashboard for clearer decision-making or testing a new workflow to help a client reduce carbon.

Walid’s journey blends architectural practice with technical innovation, underpinned by a deep commitment to sustainable design. Holding degrees in Architecture, Zero Carbon Building Design, and BIM Management, Walid has worked across site and consultancy environments, developing custom applications that enhance project delivery. His work with clients, including Imperial College London, BMW, and Berkeley Group, has showcased his ability to integrate technical solutions with design priorities.

Adrian brings a decade of experience in the AEC industry, using his architectural background and information management expertise to guide clients from concept to handover. With a focus on clarity and practicality, he has supported projects for Skanska, Multiplex, and the Department for Education, often using intuitive dashboards to simplify complex data and improve communication across teams.

Zowie has a keen eye for detail and a natural ability to coordinate information on complex projects. Her background in architectural technology, paired with her growing expertise in BIM, has seen her support clients, including Google, Barratt Homes, and Chelsea Barracks. Zowie is actively involved in professional networks, including Women in BIM and the Digital Twin Hub, where she shares her experience while continuing to develop her skills and contribute to the industry.

Reflecting on her promotion, Zowie said:
