30 Grosvenor Square, London is a Grade II Listed building that sits within the Mayfair Conservation Area in the City of Westminster.

The Sir David Chipperfield designed scheme retains the unique external façade while incorporating a new hotel, retail and event space. The project includes 137 guest rooms, five restaurants, six flagship retail units, a spa and a 1,000 person ballroom. Significant public realm improvements are also a part of the wider plan.

Working alongside the design team, BIM Technologies have worked extensively to support and provide BIM Coordination services for the shell & core and fit-out aspects of the design.
