The scheme from Berkeley Homes South East London comprises up to 1,300 homes and extensive local amenities in the Borough of Southwark.
BIM.Technologies are taking on the role of client advisors while also engaging in design development activities and facilitating digital collaboration between all stakeholders. Services provided on the project include development and upkeep of EIR, AIR and BEP documentation, 3D coordination and clash detection, information management and 3D walkthrough animations using the design team BIM outputs.
During construction, BIM Technologies will be assisting Berkeley Homes in collecting asset data from their construction supply chain, connecting the information to as-constructed 3D outputs and documentation to form the foundation of a Digital Twin for the scheme on Twinview.
BIM.Technologies have also been appointed on Phase 2 of the project.
