Part of our wider work on the King's Cross Development, BIM.Technologies were appointed by BAM Construction to undertake the construction coordination and final data deliverable.
A Grade A office building located on the corner of Handyside Street, S1 is part of an architectural pair with S2, the building adjacent to it. Eleven floors of office space offer flexible and open-plan layouts with space for retail and restaurants at ground level. Expansive balconies will be placed on different levels whilst the top level will have its own roof terrace with landscaped gardens looking over the capital.
The building has been designed to meet an 'Outstanding' BREEAM standard as well as maximising the environmental benefits of the location.
