Appointed by the competition winner and Lead Architect, Hopkins, BIM Technologies are pleased to be working on the regeneration of Twickenham Riverside for Richmond Council.
Following a two-stage competition and 54 entries, Hopkins were selected to lead the regeneration of Twickenham Riverside. Since then they have appointed BIM Technologies to carry out the role of Information Manager and BIM Coordinator throughout the RIBA Stages due to our wealth of knowledge in the BIM sector.
Commencing RIBA Stage 3 December 2020, a series of Coordination workshops will be held at regular intervals to ensure that the development is coordinated appropriately.
With a targeted date for the end of RIBA Stage 3 around Spring, BIM Technologies will be producing end of stage audits and reports for submission to LBRuT as this regeneration continues to develop.
