BIM Technologies was born out of a belief in the potential of data and analysis to change the way we plan, design, deliver and manage buildings, leading to better outcomes. Since 2010, we've been a pioneer of digital construction, developing methods and tools to deliver quality, data-driven building models. We're a small agile consultancy working on some of the biggest projects in the UK.
We're seeking a driven and talented candidate to join our exceptional team and help deliver on our exciting 2024 pipeline projects and beyond. Ideally, you'll have demonstrable experience in some or all of the following.

- Experience working directly with clients and developers to develop Digital Strategy.
- Demonstrable experience delivering high-quality data-rich models.
- Auditing models and data (COBie).
- Clash Detection & Issue Management – Navisworks / ACC.
- Construction Sequencing (Synchro / Navisworks).
- An understanding of the principles of Smart Building Strategy.
- An understanding of the principles of Digital Twin solutions.
Hybrid Working-
We have team members working throughout the UK, with the business operating a flexible, hybrid model to support a productive and balanced week.
Experience-
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and is passionate about technology and improving processes. Ideally, you have 5+ years of experience in delivering BIM-enabled projects in a commercial setting.
If you come from a BIM Consultancy or Main Contractor background and have experience in both working with clients to define digital strategies and delivering projects through the design and/or construction stages and into handover, then we'd love to hear from you.
