One of Canary Wharf's original buildings is to be stripped back and re-built with a new contemporary look. Currently occupied by Thomson Reuters, the rebuild project will strip the building back to its structural frame, extend it upwards with three new floors and re-build it from the ground up. A new core is to be built with floor to ceiling glazing, offering natural light on all sides. The Grade A office-led scheme is hopeful to be complete in Q2 2022.
