Audley Square House

BIM.Technologies are working alongside Caudwell Properties (109), project management firm Arcadis and the design team to help ensure a coordinated and buildable design of the incredible new residential scheme on Audley Square, Mayfair.

Caudwell Properties (109) obtained planning permission from Westminster City Council to redevelop Audley Square, Waverton Street, Hill Street, and Red Lion Square, Mayfair. The ambition for Audley Square is to create the finest residential apartment building in Mayfair to be newly built in recent decades. The approach is to carry forward the historic classical character that has made Mayfair one of the most desirable residential neighbourhoods in the world.

Through the design stage BIM.Technologies have worked closely with the team to ensure a coordinated design of this very unique and complex project.

We have also been involved with the contractor tender stage of the project to ensure suitable recommendations are made to continue to promote the use of technologies to aid in the design and construction phases of this unique, one of a kind project.
