Chelsea Barracks Phase 4 - London

BIM Technologies have been appointed by Qatari Diar to provide BIM services to the Chelsea Barracks Phase 4 project in the form of initial client advice and creation of Employers Information Requirements (setting the now site-wide approach across all subsequent phases) and assessment of proposed design capability and competency to deliver these requirements.

BIM Technologies have provided design team support, coordination, data manipulation/ extraction and management of the BIM process throughout the design stages of the project to date and will be responsible for reviewing and assisting with the production of the Contractor tender information in respect of BIM at the relevant project stage.
