The proposed scheme involves a stunning renovation of the modern art inspired building, carefully designed to cater to the needs of the next generation of office occupier.
The asset will provide a full office refurbishment with a retail offering at ground and basement level. An additional floor will also be added. The scheme has been designed by Orms architects.
A challenging project, which involved fitting modern services and amenities into an existing building, BIM.Technologies were employed by Mace to manage the complex coordination on the project, which includes over 28 separate sub-contractor models and included laser scan data updated during strip out and construction.
