BIM Technologies have worked alongside Connected Living London (CLL), the long-term partnership between Transport for London and Grainger plc, which is delivering thousands of homes across the Capital.
We have worked closely with both TfL and Grainger to define the overall BIM Strategy and set overall project requirements for the 6 projects across London. This has been through in-depth scoping sessions, capability assessments, training, and the development of documents such as Exchange Information Requirements, Asset Information Requirements, and draft BEP’s for the teams to utilise.
This centrally client-led approach will lead to a more aligned delivery of information across all the schemes, delivering Grainger the information they need to operate and maintain these developments into the future ahead of legislative changes due in coming years.
