Located next to London Bridge Station, the development has been designed to achieve BREEAM 'outstanding' and is registered to pursue well certification.

The 255,000 sq ft state-of-the-art building has been designed by Pilbrow & Partners and comprises 26 floors of commercial office space with a coffee bar on the ground floor open to the public.

BIM Technologies have begun work on providing digital strategy and coordination services for this project.
