BIM.Technologies have worked alongside a number of main contractors and sub-contractors contributing to the massive redevelopment of the Greenwich Peninsula. Situated around The O2 (formally the Millenium Dome) BIM.Technologies have worked on 8 high-end residential towers within the Peninsula master plan. Through the use of clash detection software, BIM Technologies have helped assist the contractor and sub-contractor teams to ensure a coordinated design prior to setting foot on site. This has helped reduce site conflicts and ensure that projects have been built on time and on budget.

BIM.Technologies also conducted a 4D sequencing exercise on a large portion of the site to predict and demonstrate in a 3D environment the rollout of the construction programme. This was used as a tool for comparing planned development against actual progress. This served as a valuable service to the contractor team, to help ensure that sub-contractors planned work effectively, and the construction programme was used as an efficient tool.
