Imperial College London has identified the need to review their existing process and re-align them with updated RIBA work stages and BIM workflows. BIM.Technologies are appointed as their implementation partner to undertake a detailed review through a series of Initial and specialist workshops to evaluate existing systems and process maps. This will culminate in a series of recommendations presented to project/estates board to deliver a recommendation of alignment and new processes.
