BIM Technologies is supporting Berkeley St William in the delivery of Phase 3 of the King’s Road Park development, a major residential and commercial scheme in one of West London’s most exciting regeneration areas.
Located in the South Fulham Riverside Regeneration Area, King’s Road Park is the final large-scale development of its kind in the neighbourhood. Once complete, the site will provide over 1,800 new homes and 100,000 square feet of commercial space, including restaurants, bars and offices, while also restoring two Grade II listed buildings that reflect the area’s heritage. Phase 3 of the scheme focuses on the construction of Blocks E1, E2 and G at the northern edge of the site.
BIM Technologies has been engaged from the outset to define and implement both the Exchange Information Requirements (EIR) and Asset Information Requirements (AIR). These were complemented by a pre-construction 4D model to support early engagement with the design and delivery team and to communicate proposals clearly to all project stakeholders.
Throughout the design and construction phases, we are continuing to deliver coordination reviews and model audits. These contribute to risk reduction, greater cost certainty, and an enhanced project outcome for Berkeley St William.
