BIM Technologies are working alongside Berkeley St William to deliver phase 3 of the Kings Road Park development.
As the last large-scale project in the South Fulham Riverside Regeneration Area, King's Road Park will feature over 1,800 homes, restore two Grade II listed buildings, and offer 100,000 sq. ft. of commercial space for restaurants, bars, and offices. Phase 3 focuses on constructing Blocks E1, E2, and G in the northern part of the site.
BIM Technologies established the Exchange and Asset information requirements from the project's inception, these were further supported by a pre-construction 4D model to facilitate early engagement and effective communication of the proposals to all stakeholders.
Ongoing coordination reviews and model audits are being conducted throughout the design and construction phases, contributing to risk mitigation, cost certainty, and, ultimately, enhancing the overall delivery of the project by St William.
