Martineau Galleries - Birmingham

Martineau Galleries is set to become the latest vibrant neighbourhood in Birmingham's City Centre. The aim is to transform the area into a safe, secure and sustainable green space for visitors and residents to enjoy. Embracing key future connections such as the proposed Curzon Street HS2 station forms part of the masterplan, approximately 2.5 acres of pedestrian-friendly and car-free public space is expected to help create a natural flow through the city.

BIM.Technologies have been appointed to define the digital strategy, working with the client to define a digital twin and smart-building specification. We will also be assisting the teams in coordinating the design and collecting specification data throughout the project. The project is currently still in its pre-planning stage.
