Residential

Nine Elm Square

Location
London

Located at the heart of one of London’s most ambitious regeneration zones, Nine Elms Square is set to become a landmark riverside neighbourhood. The development comprises 1,900 high-quality apartments, many with views across the River Thames, and will make a striking contribution to the evolving Vauxhall skyline.

Alongside its residential offer, the scheme integrates key amenities including new retail spaces, offices, and a GP surgery, forming part of the Linear Park- a continuous green route that will enhance the public realm and foster a strong sense of place for both residents and the wider community.

Appointed by R&F Properties, BIM Technologies has been engaged to provide Information Management and BIM coordination services for this large-scale, multi-phase development.

From the outset, our role has been to work closely with the client to define and implement a digital strategy that supports efficient delivery across all stages of the project. During the design phase, we collaborated with the wider team to ensure a well-coordinated and buildable scheme, while simultaneously working alongside R&F’s site team to develop detailed 4D construction sequences.

These sequences have enabled greater clarity on construction logistics and phasing- supporting decision-making on-site and helping reduce risk during delivery.

As the project moves through its construction phases, BIM Technologies continues to support the client in monitoring digital processes and progress. Our focus remains on ensuring that high standards of information management are maintained and that data generated throughout the build contributes to the long-term success and operational readiness of the development.

With its riverside location, architectural ambition and scale, Nine Elms Square represents a significant addition to London’s residential landscape. BIM Technologies is proud to be part of the team delivering a digitally intelligent and coordinated development that will help define the next chapter of the capital’s regeneration story.
