Nine Elms Square is located at the heart of the regeneration area with 1,900 high-quality apartments in construction, most with river views. This scheme will contribute to the existing skyline of Vauxhall. The inclusion of the Linear Park shops, Offices, and a GP’s Surgery will create a sense of place.

Appointed by R&F Properties, BIM Technologies are working alongside the design team to coordinate and provide Information Management services on this large multi-phase development.

BIM Technologies worked closely with the client to define the digital strategy, working with the team throughout the design stage to ensure a coordinated buildable design as well as working with the R&F site team to produce 4D build sequences.

Continuing into the construction stages, BIM Technologies are supporting the client in monitoring the digital processes and progress.
