St. Lawrence House - Soho

BIM.Technologies were appointed by Great Portland Estates to act as Information Manager and BIM Coordinator on this commercial development on Broadwick Street, Soho. The redevelopment proposals include stripping the building back to the structure, re-positioning the central core in order to create better use of on floor space and re-cladding the building, all of which will create a modern grade a building in the heart of Soho.

Additional floors are being added which together with the internal alterations will increase floor area suitable for letting, while the modern cladding is being proposed to complement the surrounding environment. It also benefits the internal space with large windows to improve the natural daylight.
