Twelve Trees Park

1/2 final concept view

2/2 view from a distance

BIM Technologies are working alongside Berkeley Homes South East London to deliver TwelveTrees Park. The scheme will provide more than 3,800 homes at the heart of West Ham along with the expansion of West Ham station. The scheme also includes two footbridges over the rail line and a wide range of amenities, shops and restaurants on the 26.2-acre site, which included a 4.5-acre WiFi-enabled park.

Acting as client advisors while also being part of the delivery team, BIM Technologies have provided both strategic input and hands-on problem solving to facilitate and de-risk the design digitally. Key activities on the project include development and upkeep of EIR, AIR and BEP documentation, coordination and clash detection, modelling of temporary works and client review scenarios.

BIM Technologies is also actively involved in the Information Management of the scheme until completion in 2023/2024, ensuring a golden thread of structured data is delivered from Berkeley`s supply chain along as-constructed geometry to unlock value beyond practical completion.
