Twelve Trees Park

Location
London

TwelveTrees Park is one of London's most ambitious and transformative regeneration schemes. Located in Zone 2 between The City, Canary Wharf and Stratford, this 26-acre development will deliver over 3,800 new homes alongside 12 acres of vibrant green space, including a Wi-Fi-enabled central park. Once complete, it will become a fully integrated neighbourhood with a new Science School, community centre, independent cafés and restaurants, 250,000 sq ft of retail and commercial space, and a brand-new station entrance connecting residents to five major transport lines.

Berkeley Homes South East London are leading the development, which will unfold over 22 years in multiple phases. With West Ham Station served by the Jubilee, District, Hammersmith & City, DLR and C2C lines, the location offers unparalleled access across the capital- just 7 minutes to Canary Wharf and within easy reach of central London.

BIM Technologies has been involved in the project since its early stages, appointed to provide both strategic digital consultancy and detailed project coordination support. Acting as client advisors and embedded members of the delivery team, we've worked closely with Berkeley to ensure a consistent and robust digital strategy. This has included the development and ongoing upkeep of key project documents such as the Employer's Information Requirements, Asset Information Requirements and BIM Execution Plan.

Throughout the design and construction phases, BIM Technologies have delivered hands-on technical services including model coordination, clash detection, and scenario-based 3D modelling of temporary works. We've also supported client-side review processes by creating user-friendly, federated digital environments that aid understanding and facilitate timely decision-making.

Our Information Management services continue to support the scheme through to completion, ensuring structured data is captured accurately from the supply chain and aligned with as-constructed geometry. This commitment to the 'golden thread' principle is helping Berkeley unlock long-term value through a comprehensive digital record that supports building operations and asset management beyond handover.

TwelveTrees Park is a new London neighbourhood in the making, where quality of life, connectivity, sustainability and smart design converge. BIM Technologies is pleased to support Berkeley Homes in delivering this landmark project.
