Derwent were looking to redefine the traditional office by providing lean and efficient space which is cost-effective to the user.

Derwent appointed BIM.Technologies to assist them on their first BIM project. BIM.Technologies initially met the board to discuss the benefits of BIM across their portfolio and how it could add value in operation.

The BIM.Technologies team established a protocol and BIM execution plan with the incumbent design team. A BIM Execution Plan was agreed for the design team to work to. The information is currently being developed and the BIM team are working closely with designers to ensure consistent and coordinated information is to be used for tender purposes.
